Thumbnail crop settings overridden after new thumbnail generation #435

I've got my custom size for thumbnails set at 200x200 (don't think this matters 
as I've tried with different sizes and the problem persists) and whenever I 
regenerate the thumbnails the custom settings (i.e. the area that was cropped 
or selected) is lost.
I think these settings should be kept when regenerating thumbnails.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NGG 1.8.4, WP 3.2.1, any operating system, any browser
