Simplify shortcodes / better documentation #442

There is no proper documentation for the shortcodes. The different shortcodes 
have very different options (max, id, gallery etc). It would be very useful to 
be able combine any of the options. 
For example [nggtags gallery=xyz max=10 sort=random]

YEs that's true, fixes are always welcome, when they didn't break backward 
compatibility
