NGG button does not appear in Ultimate TinyMCE toolbars #453

** What steps will reproduce the problem? **

1. Install Ultimate TinyMCE plugin and Activate it
2. Edit a page in the Pages overview
3. The NGG button would normally appear on the top right on the first row of 
the toolbar of the TinyMCE editor, but is not available in the Ultimate TinyMCE

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead? **

The NGG button would normally appear on the top right on the first row of the 
toolbar of the TinyMCE editor, but is not available in the Ultimate TinyMCE 
toolbar. (which uses the same techniques)

** What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? **

Using MAMP (Mac OS X 10.6.8) with Apache 2.0.63, PHP 5.3.2, Wordpress 3.3 with 
a custom theme. NGG 1.9.1 and Ultimate TinyMCE 1.6.4.

** Please provide any additional information below. **

For example, the plugin -Viper's Video Quicktags- also adds toolbar buttons to 
the editor. These buttons DO appear in the Ultimate TinyMCE toolbars! So it 
must be something in NextGen Gallery!

Please fix this! Probably shouldn't be very difficult!

Thanks for all the hard work, the back-end of NGG is very nice.
