Tags Gallery Ajax Pagination not working #459

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add [nggtags gallery=only_one_tag]
2. enable shutter and ajax pagination 
3. try to use pagination 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it'll go to next page every time

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
