Showing a gallery with no images in it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an empty gallery
2. Create an album and insert the gallery in it
3. Insert the short code for the gallery in a page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I view the page I get a bunch of error codes from the gallery without 
images.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.2

What is easily possible, is to skip a gallery if it contains no images. In the 
case you still would show a gallery and need to avoid those notice errors, we 
need to add a lot of more checks.

yep, it will be rather trivial to fix it. I just wanted to ensure that I did
