Finnish language file names #508

Hello!

Just downloaded the NextGEN Gallery Languages. Finnish .mo and .po files have 
the wrong names and don't work. It has to be only fi, not fi_FI. But you can 
rename the files and then they work.

By the way, why don't the files translate front-end? Still have "Show 
slideshow" and "Show picture list" in English.
