Multi-word tags usage in nggtag #509

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.using a tag with multiple words. ie "Asheville at Night"
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
an album with galleries having the tags "Asheville at Night", Asheville River 
Arts District", "Asheville Events"

What WordPress / NextGEN Gallery version are you using? What browser are
you using?Browser(s) Firefox, Chrome, IE.  NGG 1.9.12  Everything is current as 
of 4-15-2013

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm a photographer and as such I use a lot of multiply word tags. It would be 
highly desirable, especially for me, to be able to create a nggtag 
album="Pisgah National Forest","Blue Ridge Parkway","Great Smokey Mountains 
National Park" album.  I can sort of do it with underscores, but the resulting 
captions look absolutely horrible.
