Clarifying CSQ's ncsq #2051

Just to check if say I set bcftools --ncsq 1 can I expect the bitmask to only reference the first consequence at a site yet all the transcripts will still be kept in the INFO field?

That is correct, the INFO annotations are not affected, only the FORMAT fields
