I was trying to organize some of the permissions for htsjdk since there are a lot of people with write access who no longer are active / employed in the roles they used to be.
I was messing around with creating a new sub team as part of of the Java Developers team to move active broadinstitute members too. I changed my mind about the reorganization and tried to delete the new team, but accidentally deleted the parent team instead.
I've contacted github support to see if they can reverse the action. I don't have a record of everyone who was in the java development team. If you need access please let me know and I will re-add you.
I'm sorry for causing inconvenience, next time I'll fix my own permissions first!
