Further recommend use of libdeflate and list OS packages #1769

OpenSUSE doesn't seem to have a libdeflate package in an official release yet, but it's mentioned more prominently elsewhere now.

For alpine, might it be better to suggest looking for libdeflate-dev instead of libdeflate? Otherwise you have to know to add -dev on the end to get working headers etc.

You're too pessimistic on OpenSUSE. zypper install libdeflate-devel worked for me on Leap 15.5. You might want to put it on its own line though, as I'm not sure if it's available in all versions.
