Started working on documentation for the sound pool. #30

I know this is not A lot but I feel it is A verry basic starting point on some documentation for the sound pool.

Hi, Would you mind updating this to use the format of all other documentation? You can look at the doc/src/include directory for some examples, or the Docgen documentation on nvgt.gg/docs. You seem to have gotten the general idea, but everything is in one file as opposed to tiny md/nvgt files in nested folders.
