Added basic anti-speed hacking/cheating measures against apps like Cheat Engine #75

This PR adds basic measures against speed hacking/cheating using apps like cheat engine. It does not prevent competent hackers or cheaters from bypassing it's protections. It is a good first step in preventing this from happening, however.
