Compare results against Heavens Above.

Also test that sun elevation matches during pass detail introspection.

Note that it is unknown exactly how Heavens Above counts a pass as "visible". For example, is it visible if the sun rises above the minimum elevation at any point during the pass? What is the minimum elevation for the sun?
