• Individuals move locally, modelled as diffusion
• Some individuals can travel from and to neighbouring country (taken into account by boundary conditions)
• Some individuals can land at airports

I added the file run_SEIR.m in commit 57651891 This can be a start for the epidemiological model, but in order to compare with data, we should also track the number of confirmed cases among the exposed and infected, and the number of deaths (which is ignored in the SEIR model).
