Registration system improvements #17

  1. Fixed the name of register.html into the MarkDown file
  2. Added a link to the register page into the login form (open as a popup)
  3. Removed CDN dependencies
  4. Added MaterializeCSS into project
  5. Make register.html use the local libraries
  6. Lot of UX improvement on the register form
