Double Clicking on file may not work on some OSes such as macOS #1

Bug description Lack of clarity in running the application on different operating systems on user guide and developer's guide.

Steps to Reproduce Double click the jar file on macOS operating system.

Expected behaviour Successful execution of the application, which will show the main window of the application

Actual behaviour Error message prompted that application cannot be executed.

Team's Response

This bug should be a documentation bug, as it does not affect the usage of the application (macOS users can still launch the application from the command line per the PE instructions).

Additionally, the severity should be low instead, as this issue is only experienced by macOS users, and only occurs when launching the application.
