Startup issue: `make nb`without error but Connection reset encountered while attempting to change port #1835

Hi. I'm trying to assign a different port to the newsblur instance. Here is my changes, together with other tweaks: mypatch.patch The make nb process is smooth, but the two ports 31080 and 31443 only give connection reset error. No log is ever generated at the time of visit. The backend newsblur_web is on as I can visit the 8000 port.
