Is the BlurBlog included in the self-installation? #1863

After rereading tons of text, I still did not understand how to make a BlurBlog open by link. user.domen.com I've already started to think that the blog exists only by reference - user.newsblur.com Please tell me, is it possible to make the BlurBlog work with a local installation?
