Android: Story Authors are Incorrect #285

Looks like a long-standing bug, can confirm the fields have been wrong even on the latest build.

I want to make sure this gets fixed, as it should never be happening.

I believe that the 3.5.X series of bug fixes should have resolved this. Many, many synchronization issues were worked out that might have confused the adapter into referencing stories by cursor position while the result set was in flux. As always, please re-open if a new repro is found.

Played with that feed via web and the authors look okay. The bug that caused this in the android client has been fixed, however. It is possible the reporting user is running an older version of the app. I pinged the thread for more info.
