biomass trajectories

Only really used for plotting posterior biomass estimates

Could be good to plot entire distributions

Created a plotMCMCpar function that plots the MS and SS posteriors for a given parameter, simulation and replicate. Currently won't plot parameters that appear in one model but not the other, eg the across-species correlated deviations don't get used in SS model, so these aren't supported

plotMCMCbio() plots posterior biomass estimates for a given rep and sim. Needs work.

when will I see some of these cool results?

See issue #17 for how to improve plotting the MCMC output
