Batch capability for running experiments.

Relies on issue #18 being resolved first
Use modified batch script from herringM sim-est framework
Implement parallelism to accelerate options

Everything but the parallelism is implemented. Need to make this native, and then return to mseR

parallel batch running is now implemented in herringM, just need to import it over to coastWideMS

Batchnames for experiments

descriptive batchnames for folders inside the project directory to hold entire experiments and separate them
Something like ./project/bat_VarCorExperiment/sim_stamp/
Allows for simulations with the same foldername (sometimes a problem with parallel batches producing sim_parBat1 etc)
Could also just use a random numbers in the sim_parBat foldernames.

This is now closed, the prefix command in the runBatchJob function takes care of this
