Blacklist artist "Trance Classics" #34

All these guys seems to do is redo classic trance songs but they don't credit the original artist throwing a wrench in our tagging system which is meant to prevent the "nearest" song from being an endless series of remixes of the same track.

I should make a "Blacklist Artist" which the job reads from which checks primary artist instead of track ID for exclusion (similar to my Blacklist playlist for tracks).
