General tidy and refactor

The whole implementation could use a little tlc. Some notable points to fix:

• Blob detection should be renamed -> blob features
• Rename module mammogram to mia
• Only expose modules that relevant to the outside
• Check documentation is in order (nothing obviously missing)
• Remove doc string header in analysis.py
