Need to create a new icon with the colors adjusted

May need another icon altogether. Coloring proved to be difficult with the smaller resolutions.

Created a new icon. The icon is simpler and now has active and inactive states.

I decided to keep the icon color instead of changing the color. The badge is clear enough that the extension is running.
