Revamped everything and now is-odd will use is-even. #20

After suggesting/asking about the use of is-even in is-odd in this issue #19, I took things into my own hands.

From now on, we can simply forget about working anymore in the is-odd package and put all our focus on is-even.

You're welcome.

Please do feel free to make any changes if you feel the need to do so.

Ok so, I have decided to archive my fork of this project.

These were some really good 1-2-3 days, of working on this project (mentally) (trying to comprehend just WHY?). And now, I would like to say goodbye. I can finally call myself an open source contributor (hey, I tried).

PS: If you like these changes you can surely copy the code (or just re-write it, whatever).

PSS: I would like to give a props to the community looking at/maintaining this project. And I would like to also give a shout out to all the folks from issue #19 that took part in civil discussions related to this project.

I think this is the first time I've seen Github displayed an infinity count for the files changed, truly impressive.
