An updated posts should have an updatedOn copy in post page

Problem

1. open existing post
2. update copy, save and publish post
3. view post on blog page list

Actual outcome

• post only shows publishedOn date

Desired outcome

• post should show both publishedOn and updatedOn fields

Ideas on how to fix

• update config.yml to include updatedOn field that is optional
