Npm package v5.0.0 missing files #20

Latest npm-package (5.0.0) does not contain all files, e.g. missing lib folder.

Thanks for the heads-up! Should be fixed in https://github.com/samuelmr/nordpool-node/commit/16eb8d599e4ac55021708665a40d08c9f31a81f8
