Replace request with node-fetch

This was much quicker then i thought and fixes #8. All tests run successfully.

Changes:

• Replaced request and request-promise ith node-fetch in package and package-lock
• Adds node to npm test script, as without it I couldn't run the test
• Added folder .vscode til gitignore to not sync up vscode settings
