Added comic archive formats #139

This adds comic reader based and digital book (epub) formats.

Cb* are formats that indicate the underlying file contains some special xml file. They are the appropriate zip, rar, gzip, etc archive under the hood. Epub is a popular book format and tar.gz is common archive format.

Thanks for the contribution. Please move the .epub addition to be after .eps to maintain alphabetical order. 👍
