Results when comparing to `pymedphys.gamma`

Hi @samuelpeet,

I have been meaning to run a comparison of flashgamma to pymedphys.gamma for quite some time. Anyway, I worked through it this morning using the example files you provided at:

So that the results can be seen within the GitHub issue (without needing to download the zip), here is what flash gamma presented:

It would be interesting to be able to get to the bottom of the discrepancy...
