I've never used instagram, however on facebook i enjoy, the ability to crop and resize profile image before uploading. i think it is an import feature to be top notch. I plan to use http://camanjs.com/ to assist in this, looks like it may be super sweet... We should have excellent easy to flip through and use galleries for posts and profiles as well. am for some reason all of a sudden super passionate for this section of app.

This is a great feature. If it's easily implemented let's do it now. Otherwise, lets push it to another milestone, we'll call the UI polish milestone.
