1 year ago I will try my best to not only engage in discussions more actively, but also to encourage my other team members to speak up as well. I would like to enable open discussions, whereby everyone feels valued and heard. Additionally, encouraging my team members to speak up allows the generation of new and innovative solutions to problems, which most often leads to more effective project outcomes.
Time Management: In the upcoming milestone, we commit to strengthening our time management skills by establishing clear and realistic deadlines for individual tasks. Additionally, we will implement regular check-ins and progress monitoring to ensure that we remain on track and avoid the pitfalls of last-minute rushes. This effort will enable us to allocate sufficient time for final edits, enhancing the quality of our work.
Active Discussions: To foster more inclusive and productive group discussions, we will actively encourage all team members to participate. We plan to introduce dedicated brainstorming and idea-sharing sessions during our meetings for sharing diverse perspectives.
