How do I scan for devices? #5

Hi!

Complete HA and CEC noob. Spent a few hours trying to figure this out and failed miserably.

Zero luck. Ended up buying an IR blaster, which is messy, slow, and at times unreliable. Still interested in getting HDMI-CEC working.
