elixir release requires a install path without spaces

using call to execute the release bats did better but still the service did not start when installed to program files and program files x86

• Ended up forcing install to c:/athasha and copying the permissions from ProgramFiles with powershell.
• There are concerns about powershell being disabled in corporate environments
• Risk of not having powershell is having install folder user writable
• Tryied to code a C# permission copier by did not work, still there in native/perms
