Queue Manager #34

I want to add a queue manager to my turntable.fm bot, VeggieBot(https://github.com/Turntablelover/VeggieBot) and I want to know if you could post the queue manager code, and make it compatible with my bot.

sorry, but no i can't. don't have the time... you can of course run a chillybot in your room though if you need a queue, as always.
