Explore improving the CircleCI configuration #41

There are various different aspects of the CircleCI config. which could be improved upon, such as ensuring that multiple versions of NodeJS are used to test the build, or perhaps parallelizing the build. There may also be React-specific Docker images which could be used for testing.
