Fix parent and child work formatting #240

Fix and update the formatting on parent and child work sections.

  1. Make the thumbnails small to reduce page clutter and distracting from the work's file thumbnails.
    • maybe max-height: 75px;?
  2. Images need more left padding to line up with other elements.
