Need to change text on homepage to solicit new contributors #36

looks like “out of the box” sufia. Needs to be changed at some point to ““You have no assets to display. Contribute some of your assets!” OR “You have not yet uploaded any assets. Contribute some of your assets!”

This is a UI change, UI was explicitly excluded from the initial grant and contract scope.
