A specific version of hydra-jetty is no longer required. The current version in master will be downloaded instead. This addresses the concerns that were raised by @cbeer in #41.
The README is also updated to use Markdown and additional documentation is provided for using alternative hydra-jetty versions and Jetty-based gitbhub repositories.
