@dchandekstark should clarify what this means.

@mjgiarlo I was thinking of "sources" in the sense of authority. For example, I imagine we would include vocabs from authoritative entities such as LoC. The question is, would the source of the vocab be a criterion for inclusion.

I'm going to close this issue and recommend the pull request process for handling questions about individual vocabs.
