It looks like raring-security is no longer available.

How did you install vagrant?

I can reproduce the issue. The apt-get update command is failing because the distro's source aren't available. I can't tell if this is because of a simple server unavailability or if the distro is out-of-date. @no-reply any ideas? Also, @mjgiarlo you're a Ubuntu guy, right?

I am, yes, and I believe raring was EOL'ed a number of months ago. Perhaps the base box should use a LTS release. I'll take a look-see.

Here are some that Ubuntu apparently provides, but I don't know what's included: http://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/vagrant/
