Remove/rework view overrides to support contextual nested works from CC

Now that CurationConcerns has contextual nested works (https://github.com/projecthydra/curation_concerns/pull/829), we should change any view overrides that prevent Sufia from making use of this code:

• [ ] Include the cc/base/form_in_works partial in our cc/base/form override
• [ ] Merge changes made to CC/base/show_actions partial in our override
• [ ] Merge changes made to CC/base/show template in our override
