Related to #5. Test readme instructions with default variable values and with overrides via a variables file. Test sample Vagrantfile.

Two top level playbooks: one to build the stack of dependencies and one to build the sufia application.

The stack building playbook should "do the right thing" based on the provided vars or hosts. Remains to be determined. Specify target os in hosts or in a required variables file.
