Add fields with controlled vocabularies for Subject, Creator, Contributor, and Genre #202

These are URI fields in addition to the text fields that already exist for Subject, Creator, Contributor, and Genre

This likely needs to be broken out into separate issues when it's time.

Issues will need to be broken out for each field. This work doesn't need to be a precursor to batch.

Could be covered by later work on validation.
