Upload folder not working #23

Descriptive summary

Upload folder is disabled in chimera because it was intermittently failing

Rationale

Users like to upload the whole folder, but since the file structure is not preserved, it is confusing to upload a folder and the result is all files uploaded in root folder. Also, sometimes the upload folder option fails.

Acceptance Criteria

Needs discussion on what should be the expected behavior of uploading a folder. Some messaging might be helpful indicating that the content of the folder will be copied to the root folder and the folder structure will not be preserved.
