The out-of-the box citation feature isn't sufficient for our needs. We need citations for data-specific needs.
We will follow the model of citations here: https://www.icpsr.umich.edu/icpsrweb/content/shared/ICPSR/faqs/why-and-how-should-i-cite-data.html
Also to clarify the citation, we will remove the extra link to a citation page, and only show one citation.
