This is a placeholder repository for pending EZID -> DataCite WG work. For now it holds issues/milestones created by the WG. It will probably be renamed if any code materializes here.

Create a tombstone record when an item is withdrawn #13
This definitely needs to be done. Datacite does not do this (yet, but am unsure when it will - EZID does provide this & Datacite says that they are going to have all EZID features). Michigan w/ Deep Blue Data does tombstone, code is here on their github: https://github.com/mlibrary/umrdr
