Omit missing relationships #29

Instead of attempting--and failing--to migrate relationships for non-existent objects, just migrate the existing ones and omit the others, making a note in the log.

@cam156 This PR should cover the problems we were talking about this morning. If you or @mjgiarlo want to review and merge, I can run another migration tonight.

This uses three sample objects from scholarsphere, one of which is a collection with three files, but only two exist.
