This is listed as a Hydra Labs project, covered under the Project Hydra CLA, but is released here under MIT. Can you clarify the license for this project?

@no-reply thanks for pointing this out. I had specified APACHE2 in the gemspec, but forgot about the license file itself, which defaults to MIT for new gems.
