Adds justifcation for documenting install options #61

lukewarm on this one. It could probably be rolled into a guideline for simply documenting all config options.

I think this does make sense leaving separate since it affects install time and not post-install config time. I would maybe add something about needing to know before installing to be able to best determine most appropriate way to install to avoid headaches and difficult uninstall/reinstall or hunting down of config later. I'm thinking of something like rails generate blacklight:install --devise --marc --solr_version=latest where options spawn further generators and not just set config options.
